Refund and Returns Policy

Payment and Refund Policy:

Payment Methods: We accept payments through Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, checks, or cash. Payment can be made up until the start of the class, provided there is space available.

Refund Policy: Refunds can be requested up to 7 days prior to the first session in the selected package. Please note that a minimum non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure a spot in the class. Once a participant is registered and materials and space have been allocated for their attendance, refund requests must be submitted via email. All refund requests should be directed to Cameron Monroe.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

For any cancellations or rescheduling, participants are required to directly message Coach Cameron Monroe via text. As class availability is limited, participants are encouraged to make up any missed classes if slots are available. If no suitable makeup class is available, participants should reach out to Coach Cameron Monroe to explore alternative options. We kindly request a 3-7 day notice for any cancellations to allow us to offer the spot to someone on the waiting list. In case of emergencies or sickness, please notify us as soon as the situation arises.
