Registration Process: Registration for our basketball-training program will be conducted in person. Participants are required to complete the registration form provided by the program, which includes important participant details, emergency contact information, and a liability waiver. Upon completion, a copy of the registration form will be emailed to the participant for their records.
Class Availability and Enrollment: Participants can enroll in classes based on their age group, skill set and the availability of classes. We strive to accommodate all participants in their preferred classes, but please note that class availability is subject to capacity. If a class is already full, participants are encouraged to contact Cameron Monroe to discuss alternative options.
Safety and Code of Conduct:
At our basketball training sessions, safety and proper conduct are of utmost importance. We expect all participants to adhere to the following code of conduct:
Player Behavior: Participants are expected to demonstrate respectful and responsible behavior throughout the training sessions. This includes following instructions, treating coaches and fellow participants with respect, and refraining from any disruptive or harmful behavior.
Sportsmanship: Good sportsmanship is essential. Participants should display fair play, honesty, and respect for opponents, officials, and teammates at all times.
Respect for Coaches and Participants: Participants should listen attentively to the coaches, follow their guidance, and respect their authority. Additionally, participants are expected to treat fellow participants with kindness, inclusiveness, and respect.
Consequences for Violations: Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, such as warnings, temporary suspension from sessions, or, in severe cases, termination from the program. The severity of the consequences will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy and Data Protection:
We are committed to protecting the personal information of our participants. All enrollment forms will be collected in person, and copies will be sent to the provided email address, unless otherwise specified. We assure you that all information provided will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Photography and Media Release:
Photography and media may be included in certain packages and training sessions. All videos will be securely shared through designated links. We may use photos and videos taken during the training sessions as content for the program, showcasing skill drills, participant progress, and available camps. Unless otherwise specified by the parent or guardian, all photos and videos will be considered for use on our training program’s social media platforms. If parents do not wish for their child’s participation in photos, please inform Cameron Monroe during the sign-up process and communicate this request via email and text to help us prevent any unintended use of media.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Participants and their guardians acknowledge and understand that basketball training activities involve inherent risks. We explicitly disclaim any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the program. Participants are expected to follow safety guidelines, adhere to instructions provided by coaches, and take personal responsibility for their well-being during the sessions.
